All villas include the following:

1. Choice of purchasing the villas vs. our Guaranteed Buyback Program.
2. Several available options such as a fireplace, screened in-porch, & three color custom paint selections.
3. Floor covering and light fixture allowances.
4. Personalized choices of cabinets, vanities, tops, light fixtures, and floor covering.
5. Insulated garages.

Residents are provided the following services for the purchase of these upscale villas:

1. First priority placement for admission to Grand Prairie Assisted Living.
2. One to two blocks from the hospital and doctors' clinics.
3. Social events & activities connected with Grand Prairie Assisted Living Facility.
4. Use of the Assisted Living Facility’s library, lounge, courtyards, etc.
5. Courtesy transportation within the City of Macomb. (Charges apply outside the City limits.)
6. Paper and mail pickup while gone.

For additional costs, villas have the opportunity for:

1. Maintenance of the grounds both in lawn and snow care.
2. Meals provided by the Grand Prairie Assisted Living Facility.
